I’m a sucker for fantasy assignments. I don’t get too many and after all, you just never know what might turn into the next Lord of the Rings. Well I can dream can’t I? Its gobs of fun to be involved in building a world that didn’t heretofore exist. Imaginary worlds need logos too, right? Of course they do, especially if you’re going to market them to anyone. I recently completed this logo for a group developing a Christian based fantasy role-playing game. They hope to extend the fantasy world into Christian fiction and computer gaming as well. I’ve been asked to do some character concept sketches for the computer game at some point in the future. I will eagerly look forward to exploring that world again. And after that, maybe some concept work for a major motion picture? Yeah I know…still dreaming. Thats fantasy!
